Mentoring Sessions

I am excited to announce my latest endeavor.  Due to popular demand from clients and friends I will be teaching mentor sessions!  You can choose between beginning or advanced mentor sessions.  Both will be one-on-one and customized based upon your needs and questions.  This is your chance to learn the secrets and tricks of the trade --  how to take and make amazing images!

The beginning mentor session will be $350.  This is perfect for Mom's who want to take better pictures of their children and learn some basic editing skills or those experimenting with photography who want to take their images to the next level.  It will include up to three hours of whatever you want, such as...

-tips on how to capture great pictures with on location training
-understanding your camera settings
-a course in how to edit your images and make them pop in a matter of seconds
-any questions that you may have

The advanced mentor session will be $500.  This course is designed for those who want to dive deep into the art of capturing beautiful images and taking them to their full edit potential.  I will teach you my photoshop workflow -- how I transform my images and take them to the art level.  You will gain skills and learn tricks which have taken me years of experience to attain.  This course can include any questions you have or training you want in photography, with an emphasis on in depth training in photoshop and the editing process.  After this session, your images will look like they're taken by a pro.

Check out the "before" and "after" pictures.  Taking a great image is only half the battle.  The editing is the secret sauce.  I would love to mentor you and help you take your work to the next level!  I'm running a special to kick things off ... if you book and prepay your mentor session by April 20th you will receive 20% off the cost.

*Please note that you will need photoshop or lightroom installed on your computer for mentoring.  The latest version of Lightroom can be picked up for $150, well worth the cost.

**I am selling my Adobe Creative Suite which includes Photoshop cs2 among many other essential adobe software programs for $150.  Here's your chance to pick this up for a low cost.  Call me if your're interested -- this stuff goes fast.

The Nicolaides Family

Say hello to my beautiful sis and her gorgeous family!  They are all so photogenic and easy to photograph ... making my job easy.  Little man Noah has grown so much since his last photo shoot.  Next up, a session with my little guy and this little guy!

Calendar Template

I love this calendar design.  The final printed product is beautiful... 11x17 on matte watercolor paper.  I used this for all my presents this past Christmas.  A perfect gift for most everyone on your list.  What's better than a one-of-a-kind, personalized calendar?  The gift that keeps giving all year.  This template can be customized and fitted with your photos.  Imagine the possibilities!

The Three Amigos

I was able to sneak in a quick one when miss Ruby was visiting this summer.  Sophia needed updated "besties" pictures.  Liam had to join in the fun too.  Big thanks to Elyse for her help on this shoot.  The things we can do when we put our heads together!  Too bad we can't work together ALL the time...

Chamberlain Family 2011

This is our last complete family portrait.  My beloved father passed away this past september and it will never be the same without him.  I'm so glad we got this shot before it was too late.  He was a "Mountain of a Man"... a lover of all things western.  So this is for you, cowboy.  Anything for you.

The Big One

Yes, it's that time of year (or at least it was) when my family does our end of year portrait.  My brother is an Aviation Officer in the Army.  We decided to go with a military concept.  How do you like the Blackhawk?  Pretty cool, eh?  Yea, we thought so too.  There's something stirring about being next to these amazing pieces of machinery... it's making me yearn for my dreams of yonder to serve in the military.  I think that ship has sailed.  Well anyway, it was amazing being on the base and the everyone was so accommodating.  Thanks to Colonel Stephens for pulling some strings and thanks to my Dad for sticking to his guns.. it really paid off :)

It was truly a memorable experience, I don't think any of us will forget it.  We're proud of you brother!!  I think this is our best family shot yet.

Man of the hour...

It's always nice to get a quick one of the fam..

Andrus Family

So I've been in a photography break period but I couldn't pass on this cute family.  They wanted an edgy look for their Christmas cards to go with the Skull Candy theme (dad runs the company).   I'm lovin' it.

Baby Noah

This is my darling little nephew, Noah Travis.  He was born exactly one month after my Liam.  He's very handsome and very spunky.  My sister and I are so pumped that our little ones are going to grow up together... cousins are the best!

My beautiful sis Carrie...

Baby Liam Patrick

Here's our little guy, the new member of the fam!  Isn't he sweet?  It's so much fun having a boy.. we're loving it.  Nothing better than a newborn baby.  We absolutely adore him... and Sophia is the BEST big sister imaginable.

He was born in July so these pics are a little outdated but I wanted to get them up before I post his 6 month photo shoot.

Miss Sophia and Miss Ruby

Look at these cuties!  Our sweetest little cousin, Ruby, moved to Alabama :( :(  We miss them sooo much! ... so in honor of this we did a little cousins photo shoot so that they will always remember each other.  Seriously, these girls kill me!!  They are ridiculously cute together.  Best cousins forever!!

By the way, all of the hair accessories seen in these photos are my by my great sis-in-law, Elyse Chamberlain... very talented girl and Ruby's mom.

This is my favorite of them..

Just a little 3 yr old magazine spread.
